Delivery Information
Delivery of all our products is free to the majority of mainland UK. If you live in the Isle of White, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands of Scotland please contact us for a delivery quotation.
In a majority of cases you'll be contacted to book in a suitable delivery slot or be advised by email of your delivery date. Where possible we will provide tracking details for your delivery and details of the delivery company.
Large Items
Large items are generally delivered by specialist delivery teams. All deliveries are 'to the kerb' only due to heath and safety concerns for our drivers. Therefore please ensure that you have help to move the products to their final location.
Deliveries of large items are all booked in with our customers in advance with a phone call, either from the courier directly to you, or from a member of our logistics team. No large item will arrive unannounced.
Deliveries will be carried out by 1 driver, unless otherwise specified to you. Please ensure you have sufficient access to the property for the delivery vehicle on the day of delivery. We will generally issue a 2-3 hour time slot for your delivery in advance.
Small Items
Small items are delivered using the most appropriate delivery service, whether this be post through the Royal Mail or Courier. Deliveries can take place between 8am and 6pm on the day of delivery, unfortunately we are unable to give any specific times or speed up your delivery in any way for this service.
